Donations to PASA are used for production, equipment, scholarships to deserving students, and the capital campaign for Phase III of the PASA Vision. When PASA opened its doors in 2009, Phase I of our venue was 1800 sq ft. We are now in Phase II which is 5400 sq ft and Phase III is a larger theatre center that will be owned by PASA!
This venue will feature:
- A 150 seat Main Stage Theatre
- A 90 seat Black Box Theatre
- Rehearsal Hall
- Music/Voice Practice Studios
- Hair/Make-up Room
The larger space will allow us to become a fully operating professional theatre venue, providing opportunities to local performing artists in a way that keeps talent and income in the community!
As we do so much to help so many, please help us to take the next step as we help others to fulfill their dreams.
All donations are tax-deductible. You can make your gift online at performingartssa.org or via cash, check or credit card at the theatre.

Performing Arts San Antonio is organized as a Texas 501(c)3 Non-Profit Membership Corporation. Individuals, corporations, groups and foundations may make tax – deductible donations that are permissible and fall within the acceptable non-profit guidelines of the IRS. Statements of Financial Position and Statements of Financial Activities will be based on calendar year operations and be made available within the PASA facility for inspection by all funders. Tuition fees from students taking performing arts classes offered through PASA operations will provide continuing earned income to meet monthly overhead. Operations are designed to make PASA self-sustaining and not reliant upon a constant need for continuing donations. Our plans call for fundraising campaigns to be relegated to major capital expenditures and increases in program services.
